Join regulators and industry professionals September 22 – 25th, 2024 for ICAE’s 2024 Fall ExchangeHighlights include:

  • As asked for in our Surveys – there will be more interactive sessions between Regulators & Company Members.
  • State Insurance Commissioners Panel Discussion – an important panel for ICAE as Tennessee Deputy Commissioner Toby Compton, Alabama Commissioner Mark Fowler, & Kentucky Commissioner Sharon P. Clark come together to discuss current & pending regulatory issues. We will have a Welcome Address about Gatlinburg from Commissioner Lawrence prior to the panel.
  •  Consumer Reps will present on issues relevant to the escalating costs of insurance claims, staffing & estimates in working toward a final resolution.
  • Speed Networking with Regulators – 9 regulators will move table to table to answer company member’s questions and share information. This was a big hit in Hershey and is being expanded.
  • Complaints: Examining the Root Causes & Issue Remediation Analysis – A detailed panel discussion of industry members & regulators on root causes & issue remediation to address and answer specific situations and avoid regulatory consequences.
  • AI Presentation for Insurance Application - Adam Dzuricky, Erie Insurance
  • KEYNOTE ADDRESS: Myra Golden, Myra Golden Seminars will kick off the Exchange with a rousing address followed by an interactive session. 
  • Breakout Sessions by product line – will take you from initial analysis to successful completion of complaint handling.
  • Diversity & Inclusion & Civility – a very popular session in Hershey. We will engage in a panel discussion to continue as an ongoing narrative.
  • The ever-popular “Ask the Regulators and Company Reps”, a single-platform panel discussion between regulators and insurance company representatives with a Q & A session.
  • Tuesday evening dinner
