Join regulators and industry professionals September 21 – 24th, 2025 for ICAE’s 2025 Fall ExchangeHighlights include:

  • As asked for in our Surveys – there will be more interactive sessions between Regulators & Company Members.
  • State Insurance Commissioners Panel DiscussionCOMMISSIONERS PANEL – Dean L. Cameron, Idaho Insurance Director; Michael Conway, Colorado Insurance Commissioner; Glen Mulready, Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner, Mark Fowler, AL Insurance Commissioner (OPEN); Facilitator, Gerard O’Sullivan, CT DOI all come together to discuss current & pending regulatory issues. We will have a Welcome Address about Boise from Commissioner Cameron prior to the panel.
  • CONSUMER COMPLAINTS & THE PATH TO MARKET CONDUCT EXAMINATIONS – Facilitator: Chris Palmieri, Travelers; Panel  
  • Speed Networking with Regulators – 9 regulators will move table to table to answer company member’s questions and share information. This is being expanded this year to allow more personal interaction between regulators & members,
  • Back To Basics - A detailed discussion of four industry members & regulators on specific situations and how to avoid regulatory consequences. Adam Stanhope of The Hanover will facilitate the discussion
  • KEYNOTE ADDRESS: Mark Hiltz (formerly of Nationwide), Gratitude Researcher & Keynote Speaker, will kick off the Exchange with a rousing address on Gratitude followed by an interactive session. 
  • Breakout Sessions by product line – will take you from initial analysis to successful completion of complaint handling.
  • AI Pending Regulations Affecting the Insurance Industry - David Van Dyke of Shelter Insurance will continue to explore the AI narrative,
  • Case Studies session to evaluate what went right and what went wrong,
  • The ever-popular “Ask the Regulators and Company Reps”, a single-platform panel discussion between regulators and insurance company representatives with a Q & A session.
  • Tuesday evening dinner in Dollywood at the Hatfield's & McCoy's Dinner Theater.

Registration Fees Include: Sunday night’s opening reception, continental breakfast and full lunch on Monday and Tuesday plus Tuesday evening dinner event and Wednesday morning full breakfast.
